11 story hospital expansion with 2 story below grade parking ramp.
Olympic was responsible for all exterior framing and sheathing, 26,500 sf of canopy framing, sheathing and direct applied finish system (DEFS), scaffolding at exterior of building for all trades to use. |
Tip-up exterior wall panels on typical floors (6-11), erecting and dismantling over 3,000 scaffold frames and decks over a 6 month period to complete the exterior skin of the building.
