Construction of a new 7-story, 300,650 SF hospital in West
Des Moines, IA. The project is comprised of 2 floors of
general hospital areas – administration, operating rooms,
X-ray & MRI
facilities, emergency department – and 3 floors of patient
rooms. The
remaining 2 floors are shell space for future expansion.

The interior corridor walls and soffits are radiused
to match the “football” shape of the exterior walls.
Both two story atria contain
full height stone walls, supported by cold-formed metal framing. |
